Hi all,



   I never use any motion sickness as I spent my entire summer since 2001 offshore either fishing or working with US/Towing on/off while taking break from operating front-end loaders in Ocean City.  To avoid motion sickness, I think of happy thought and it help me relax and never had any problems.  I use regular cereal for breakfast before going out, coke and sandwiches for lunches and apples.
