Hi all,

I birded a couple of spots around Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties last night.  The highlights being- a SALTMARSH SHARP-TAILED SPARROW at the small public picnic area east of Herrington Harbor, the bird was found in the small wet area on the beach there.  Heading south, the only notable shorebirds at North Beach marsh Calvert CO. were a couple of DUNLIN and a SEMIPALMATED PLOVER, while out on the bay there were 2 SURF and 1 BLACK SCOTER as well as large numbers of FORSTER'S TERNS heading north at dusk.
