I didn't have to go far, spending most of my time this morning standing at the bridge down from the nearest entrance to Loch Raven Rd. Some nice activity and birds. About a half dozen palm warblers spending time along the stream--at one point a phoebe joined them, its big tail wagging along with their little ones. The usual yellow rumps. Lots of both kinglets. A variety of sparrows. House wren, C wren. 

Maybe the best bird was a Purple Finch (1 female).
