This morning at 11:45 a.m. a pair of Common Ravens flew over the area of the Environmental Classroom on the North Tract of the Patuxent Research Refuge. The lead raven was rrronking as it flew which drew my attention to hit. A refuge volunteer walking the Forest Trail around the same time confirmed hearing the sound the raven was making.

Also had a Gray-cheeked Thrush in the scrubby vegetation at the intersection of Kingfisher Rd (green trail) with Wild Turkey Way (blue trail) where you turn south to go to Rieve's Pond.
