Hi all Happy Halloween 
        Just a quick report of some birds  on Oct 30 and 31 . After work yesterday afternoon the 30 th I made a quick  scouting trip to wye Island for the talbot bird club trip  I am leading this Sundy the 2nd  of Nov . On the way in the  cattle pasture before the Island were a number of  Savanha Sparrows as we as some  Chipping sparrows and two Red tailed hawks in one tree . At the bridge to the Island was one Common Loon  On the Island  were
Red Bellied Woodpecker
Hairy woodpecker 
Mo Do 
cardinal 
 
This Morning the  Oct 31  in My yard  there  was a Brown Creeper  checking the trees  my first of the season  a great Halloween Bird .  Right after lunch the were 2 Yellow bellied Sapsucker in the trees across the road from  my house . In the yard Chipping sparrows and Juncos
