On our drive home from voting yesterday, Dan Small and I observed a shrike in northern QA county outside of Chestertown.  It was moving between the few trees near the intersection of Kibler and Round Top Roads.  Returning to the scene with optics, it was confirmed to be a Northern Shrike.  Its the first shrike we've seen this fall, but we had one that overwintered in the area last year.
