Join us for an evening of incredible nature photography with Baltimore 
native, Middleton Evans, featuring images of native waterbirds from his 
latest publication “Rhapsody in Blue”. Coffee and desserts will be 
served. Copies of “Rhapsody in Blue” will be available for purchase 
after the program. No senior or early bird discounts.

Calling all photographers-from amateur to professional- this is your 
chance to get up close and personal with Hashawha's birds of prey. Take 
advantage of the morning light and lovely fall colors to photograph 
these non-releasable rehabilitated birds of prey in a natural setting. 
Species will likely include: Red-tailed Hawk, Great Horned Owl, Barred 
Owl, and Screech Owls. Meet at the Raptor Mews. Parking is available 
outside of the gates to Hashawha or at Bear Branch Nature Center.
/Great for photographers of all ages; however from 9-10:00 a.m. adults 
only please; from 10-11:00 a.m. all ages are welcome (under 14 must be 
accompanied by an adult)./
