Hi all --

Bill Hubick's post (of WW Crossbills) from Turkey Point may be a harbinger -- being from Maine I read their bird chatline on Jack Siler's page and one thing that has jumped out are reports of flocks -- some quite large -- of White-winged Crossbills throughout the state. Then last week a flock was reported in NW New Jersey. 

So keep your eyes and ears open!
