Jennifer Elmer and I were at Coventry Parish from 11:30 to about 1:30, when hunger drove me home, with no luck on the flycatcher. We spent all our time in the modern cemetary on the left side of the road, and in the corner of the field behind the cemetary towards the river. No flycatcher, but a very persistant sharp-shinned hawk and 3 cats. Lee and I returned at about 4:00 to find Jen and 4 others, who also had not seen the bird. We walked to length of the road, down to the landing and back. A very nice lady drove into her driveway and told us that the bird had been seen in the OLD cemetary around the old church ruins, on the right side of the road. Spent about a half-hour there, but the light was fading so gave up. Jen and company were still there when we left.
