Hello Everyone, 
          I was one of the lucky ones able to go to Poplar Island on Tuesday and see the Snowy Owl . It was a life bird for me . The bird was very cooperative sitting on an old broken up barge for an hour show . Thank you to Dan Haas for organizing the trip . A few notable areas closer to home this week .

Redshouldered hawk  1( watching the same birds i was from the other side of the ballfield . )
Yellowbellied sapsucker 1  ( a tree about 12 foot high in the first horseyard that was full of small holes. )

Southwest Area Park  in Baltimore highlands birding by car 

RINGNECKED PHEASANT    1   funny story ... first the fox crossed the gravel road and a few minutes later the pheasant just casually walked across the road in the same route as the fox as if he wasnt worried of the fox at all . Was he following the fox ?
