The bird was seen and photographed several times by visitors -- I'll let Dan Haas show off his nice photos which seem to suggest a Rufous Hummingbird.
 
The bird seemed to be spooked by the cameras and motion, leaving the feeding area without drinking, so I was relieved to see it have a nice uninterrupted go at the feeder about ten minutes ago. (3:35pm)
