Paul D'Anna (sp.) and party found a White-eyed Vireo at around 8 am this morning at the National Arboretum in northeast DC. The bird was seen twice in the Asian Collections, once by the pagoda and once near the road. Paul Pisano, Gary Allport and I looked for it later this morning but did not locate it.
