Yesterday I visited the locations in QA (Kibler Rd) and Kent (Quinn Rd) 
counties where northern shrikes were recently reported, but did not see 
them.  However, later in the afternoon I did find a dark-phase 
rough-legged hawk out in the marsh off of Cedar Creek Rd in southern 
Dorchester Co., as well as a northern harrier and 1-2 short-eared owls.
