This morning I watched animmature Bald Eagle feed on a Canada Goose at Jug Bay.   It was probably the goose cripple that had been around here for a few days.  The eagle was joined by four other immatures, each trying to take it and grab a bite.  Eventually two mature ones came in, and they pretty much settled the squabble by taking the carcasss to an osprey nest platform and finsihing it there.  Seven Bald Eagles in view at once was a great show for enjoying a cup of coffee!
