Hi all --

Yesterday we had 3-4 Pine Siskins show up at our thistle feeders, along with 10-15 Goldfinches. Today the number climbed to 8 and there are probably more than that, cycling through.

In the 15 years we have lived here we've never had more than 1-2 siskins at a time and then only for a day or so. Hope these guys stick around.

Our hemlocks are filled with cones this year, so waiting for the WW crossbills (ha ha).
