I saw the female Barrow's goldeneye with its Common comrade just outside the marina from the red-roofed shed shortly after I arrived at the marina about 9:15. When I returned to the shed about 12:30, another group of birders had the pair inside the marina with great views. One of these nice birders pointed me in the direction of the Eurasian Wigeon, tucked into a corner and under a piling off the marina parking lot. To the right of the parking lot if you were driving into it.
No luck for me today on the Tufted duck and when I left at 1:00 I hadn't run into anyone who had seen it today, but others were still trying.
It was my first time in the town of Cambridge. What a nice little town and a great setting.
