Check your woodpiles. Reached a part of out fire wood pile that has lots of  
fine, powdery sawdust all over it. Found out I could peel back the bark, the  
inner layer had been turn to 'sawdust', and there were 5 or 6  beautiful 1/2 
inch grubs per piece.   Made a nice little pile next to  the wood shed. The 
chickadees and wrens are going nuts. The next few days they  will need the 
bonanza of fat and protein. Unsure of the species or beetle or  tree.
