I made a half day trip to the E. Shore today to do some gulling, including a stop at the Salisbury Landfill. Totals for the day included a 1W Glaucous Gull and 2 1W Kumlien's Gulls, and about 6 Lesser Black-backs (oddly no first years). On the way back I drove some of 404 and found a Ross's Goose at the front of a Snow Goose flock. It looked on the large end for a Ross's but I couldn't see anything pointing to it being a hybrid (though I'd appreciate any views to the contrary).
