FYI:

Jug Bay Wetland Sanctuary's monthly birdwalk is always the first Saturday of month, next one will be Feb 7.  There are also winter waterfowl surveys (not really a "walk", but interesting); they are usually on a weekday.  Check schedulebelow  for times.
