Hi all,
   I thought those contemplating trying for crossbills at Woodend would appreciate an update. I was there from about 9:15 until 10:45 and found no crossbills. There were quite a few birders around and none that I spoke to had seen any crossbills. Best birds: Hairy Woodpecker and singing House Finches.
