Tyler and Matt: thanks so much for the post. After some confusion about how to get into Jefferson Patterson Park, the BAGO was refound in a raft of scaup and common goldeneye off the point. American Pipits were in a field nearby. 
 
Earlier in the day, we had a Lesser Black_Backed Gull on the CBL pier in Solomons Island while doing the Pax river count.
