On Sunday I joined the walk at the Marshy Point nature center in Chase, Md. The weather was great except for a little drizzle.
Here are some of the birds we saw and heard. I am sure this is NOT a complete list but just what I remember. My highlight seeing thru a scope were the male and female Hooded Merganser. Also Common Mergansers, Gadwall, Canvasbacks, Ringnecked ducks, Great Blue Heron and a Sharp-Shinner hawk.

On the visitor center's feeders were Chickadees, Titmouse and a Hairy Woodpecker. I often saw a Pileated Woodpecker flying from tree to tree. More of the birds seen and heard were Donwy woodies, WB Nuthatches, White Throated Sparrow, Golden Kinglet, Hermit Thrush and Robins.

If anyone knows what I left off or have wrong please join in.
