I spent the weekend birding on the eastern shore.  Highlights included:

On Saturday,
Adult Golden Eagle near end of Blackwater Refuge loop road;
Red-necked Grebe off Tilghman's Island
Two Short-eared owls on Maple Dam Road, south of the refuge

On Sunday, in morning,
Razorbill off the jettee in Ocean City.

The extralimital Black-bellied Whistling Duck also continued at Silver
Lake in Rehoboth.

No Tufted Duck in Cambridge.
