Frank Hawkins and I did a quick tour of DC gull spots in vain hope of refinding his Kumlien's of last night.  We failed.



The only birds of note were a 3rd yr Lesser Black-back in exactly the same spot as Ian's a few days ago, but surprisingly a different bird from his (legs fine, different age).  Otherwise DC Cormorants were up with a bump with about 75 on the 'costia, and a male Common Merganser on the Tidal Basin.
