FYI, I had an Eastern Phoebe at the Centennial/North area the day I took
the WWCR photos (11 Feb).  A few could winter locally...

The Phoebe was still present this morning. 20 RING-NECKED DUCKS, 13
HOODED MERGANSERS  and 5 BUFFLEHEAD. Adult BALD-EAGLE flyover.

I also birding Meadowbrook but the only thing I found there was
frostbite :).
