Today, I did not have to leave my yard today to see great birds. My Pine Siskin count was high today I counted at least 30 around my yard and near my feeders. But the sounds of more of them coming from the trees around my yard was unbelievable.
For some reason I also noticed a lot more Carolina Chickadees and Titmouse.
I saw my usual Mourning Doves, Pine Warbler, Carolina Wrens, Starlings, Amer Goldfinches, Bluebirds, Cardinals, Bluejays, RedBellied, Downies, Pileated. I also saw a YellowBellied Sapsucker and a Yellow Shafted Northern Flicker.

Linked below is one of my favorites the Chickadee.
