Midday today (3/3) I observed at least 45 Northern Shovelers in the sheltered waters of Winans Cove in Baltimore Harbor. I viewed them from behind what was (I think) a Home Depot. This is in the shopping area that is accessed from Port Covington Drive and East Cromwell Street which, in turn, is reached from Hanover Street.
