Doh! That's always the last place I think to look (especially when I am in  
front of the computer and the book is, well, somewhere else). Thanks. Seems 
like  there should be good habitat down that way though.

HI Fred, 
I know this statement was somewhat  tongue-in-cheek, but are there  really 
that few Horned Larks in  Calvert County? Is it just from declining  habitat, 
over-development,  what? It's been several years since I've been down  that 
way, 
and I  seem to recall lots of new homes going in where once there  were nice  
tobacco farms, but are there any other reasons for their decline  there?
