R-N Grebe at Wilde Lake is not "the" grebe

For those who don't know what people mean by "the" grebe at Wilde Lake, 
here's the story.

Last March there was a Red-necked Grebe at Wilde Lake that had a 
deformed bill. The bill was crossed! Bob Mumford took some photos of it 
that showed the crossed bill quite clearly. See the MDOsprey archives

I have taken close photos of the bird that is there now, and it has a 
normal bill. Oh, well. I was kind of hoping the "red crossbill grebe" 
would show up - then I'd know it survived.
