A few people have asked whether or not the Common Raven pair has returned to the water tower off of Seven Locks Rd where they nested last year.

Last fall they started repair work on the tower.  This included taking down the cables amongst which the ravens nested.  These are not back up yet and construction work is still ongoing.  So it looks like the ravens will have to find somewhere else to nest this year.  Its worth checking the cell towers in the Bethesda/upper DC area which are possible nest sites, as well as other water towers.
