I had nice looks today at the PEREGRINE FALCON pair along the MD
shoreline of the Potomac River just downstream the American Legion
Bridge in Mont Co. These birds were first noted by Clive Harris about 3
years ago. They were perched on some horizontal branches of tall trees
about 100 yds downstream of bridge. There quite robust when you get to
see 'em up close.

There was also a 1st winter Red-necked Grebe just below Plummer's Island
a little further downstream.

Off Rt 107 east of Poolesville and just after crossing Dry Seneca Crk,
9-10 Wild Turkey were in a field on the north side of road.
