Started later than usual, about 9:30, 35 degrees.  Lots of birds 
singing, including some recent arrivals.  It warmed up rapidly, making 
for a delightful morning.

Lots of bluebirds around, but they are outnumbered by the Tree Swallows, 
who seem to be winning the battle for the nesting boxes.
