Greetings,

For those who are interested the American Woodcock displays continue
at Huntley Meadows. Last evening the calling started about 7:30 PM
with the aerial displays commencing shortly after that. One bird flew
in to the cut field about 15 meters away and called for about 5
minutes giving me and about 7 other birders good looks. At the
opposite end of the cut area two birders got even closer looks at two
birds that landed right in front of them. There were at least 3 birds
and possibly 4.
