It was visible from the Lapidum boat launch parking lot at Susquehanna SP in Harford County.  You can get there by taking I-95 to the Havre de Grace exit, turn on Rte 155 toward Havre de Grace, then make a left on to Lapidum road.  Follow it for about 4 miles until it stops at the Lapidum landing. The bird was on the River with some Bonaparte's Gulls.

4 members of the Howard County Bird Club went to Lapidum on the Susquehanna
River this morning and all got good looks at an adult Little Gull. We were
able to watch its moth like flight.
