At 12:30 PM there was a Red-Necked Grebe at Lake Elkhorn in Columbia.  The bird was just downstream from the swan paltform.  I couldn't find the Blue-winged Teal or Rusty Blackbirds at Forebay Pond, but a pair of Chipping Sparrows were there.
