The Harris's sparrow (who is appearing at the bird feeder behind 6760
Alexander Bell Way in Columbia) is still around.  I saw it around 5:45
yesterday, mixing with a flock of juncos, song sparrows, white-crowned
sparrows, goldfinches, and an occasional fox sparrow.  The Harris's
sparrow usually appears under the feeder, foraging.

I also saw the Harris's sparrow on Monday at 12:45 and 4:30.

After almost 50 years of bird watching, it's still a thrill to add
another life lister!
