Chris: Also of note after you left were a beautiful Yellow Palm Warbler and Brown Thrasher. Wild Turkeys!!??! Gov Bridge is getting quite a bird list....

After birding Gov Bridge area, I had the following on Gov Bridge Road itself in Anne Arundel county:

_ Chipping Sparrow (25)
_ Brown-Headed Cowbird (2)
_ American Kestrel.

I then headed over to Thomas Point Park to look for the Gannets. I saw 6-8, much reduced from numbers others have seen in the Bay, but still there out in the distance. Great looks at the black wingtips when they take off...
