Hi all,

  Birded today in a different locale, Matthew Henson Park in Mont. Co.  The park has a new hiker/biker trail, making it more accessible.
It is mostly 2nd growth woodland, and skirts residential areas. Turkey Branch Creek runs through it.
Species seen & heard:

Blue gray gnatcatchers 4-5
American Goldfinch
American Robin
Red bellied Woodpecker
Northern Cardinal
Mallard 2
Canada Geese 2 (drainage pond at Georgia Ave)
Rufous sided Towhee 2
Song Sparrow
Eastern Phoebe
Mourning Dove
Carolina Chickadee
White throated sparrow
Tufted Titmouse
Carolina Wren
