Norm,

Although the park is still Baltimore City owned property, it is certainly in 
Anne Arundel County, and is now managed by Anne Arundel County Recreation 
and Parks. The areas 3 major watersheds in Baltimore County and Carroll 
County - Prettyboy, Loch Raven and Liberty - are also owned by Baltimore 
City, but they also are NOT in Baltimore City.
