Virginia Rail  2, Union Mills wetland, first of the year 

Sora  1, heard only, Union Mills wetland, first of the year 

Coot  1, Union Mills wetland 

Snipe  1, North Liberty Lake and 2, New Windsor wetland 

Ring-billed  Gull  40, all immatures, Cranberry Reservoir 

Red-headed Woodpecker  1 adult, Study Road 

Kingbird  2, Union Mills wetland, my first of the year 

Vesper Sparrow  1, Wilt Rd X Wakefield Valley Rd, a traditional site and first of the year 

   Seen yesterday and today at home was a singing immature Purple Finch. One Pine Siskin still coming to the feeder.
