While doing some maintenance work at Irish Grove on Saturday
afternoon, I very briefly heard a king rail sing at the sedge wren
spot (2 sedge wrens singing there also). The soras found by the
yellow rail chasers complete the rail set, that is, all American
species were found there this weekend. Clapper, King, Virginia, Sora,
Yellow and Black. I wonder if anyone has ever got the complete set
like this anywhere else?
