Hi Jerry

I have just switched over from the dark side, and even though I do not use Avisys, I am sure it will work fine. To use PC programs on my Mac, I have installed VMware Fusion on my MPB (which allows you to run Windows as a virtual machine - no rebooting) and installed Windows XP (recommended). Using a program like VMware, gets around the problem of having to reboot your machine every time you want to use a different OS (via Boot Camp). Using Windows then becomes just like running another program. Remember - you are then exposed you to viruses, etc - so be sure to install an anti-virus program on your "Windows machine".

Birdy stuff? Slow morning on Roosevelt Island this morning - Warbling Vireo in his usual tree (at the bridge), lots of NOPAs, one Black and White, and a couple of Blue-headed Vireos. Maybe all the good stuff came out when I left for work...

Cheers
