I was checking the progress of my perennial garden when I heard that 
querulous  squeak and looked up in time to see a hummingbird  zip by to  
exactly where the  hummer feeder----

wasn't.

I know.  I was told weeks ago to get it in place.   Well, it is in place 
now and I'm sure the bird will be back.   Last year we had one for the 
whole season.   Since this one knew  where to look  for  the feeder,  
I'm hoping  for a repeat of last season.
