I spent a few hours at the National Arboretum this morning. The best bird was a beautiful male HOODED WARBLER offering excellent views. The Yellow-Rumped Warblers were swarming over the place. The only other warblers were a few heard NORTHERN PARULAs and BLACK AND WHITE WARBLERS, and a common yellowthroat.
