There was a BLACK-BILLED CUCKOO at Blue Mash this morning (Sunday 4/26) around 7:45. My wife Beth and I had good looks at it in the trees along the path by Zion Rd. right near the parking lot. Field marks observed: red eye ring, all-dark bill, mostly drab underside of the tail. Other new arrivals: YELLOW WARBLERS, COMMON YELLOWTHROATS, PRAIRIE WARBLERS and WHITE-EYED VIREOS are back in force, and we saw a single YELLOW-BREASTED CHAT.
