Folks
On Saturday, April 25, Gwen Brewer and I lead a field trip for the Southern
Maryland Audubon Society to Maxwell Hall Park just north of Benedict in
Charles County. Below is the mixed list we tabulated during our four hour
foray. An interesting but under used park along the Patuxent River and the
Swanson Creek tributary. The best show was a friendly Ovenbird which at one
point walked out in front of us. Another Ovenbird was collecting nesting
material. I will post some images tomorrow on my website.
