Sorry for the delay of this posting.  In addition to birds that Wallace reported we had

Maintenance parking lot
 nashville warbler (D. Bolton spotted it first)

Maintenance yard
 1 grosbeak 
 2 Redstarts - 1 male in absolutely flaming red!
 3 Scarlet Tanagers
 1 Baltimore Oriole

surprisingly haven't seen or heard the hawks that bred near the yard last year.
