yesterday i had several good looks at a singing male hooded warbler. it was located almost half way to the school on kingsley road both south of the creek and a tributary of little bennett creek(not real accessible). after several goods days at little bennett, i went out again today in the rain and didn't hear or see the hooded again. so after a somewhat unsuccessful morning of seeing only an oven bird and some locals i spotted a chickadee and titmouse as i neared the parking lot and heard a buzz like sound. so i kept looking in the rain and spotted a canada warbler and a blue-winged warbler. not a bad day after all.
