This was the best day we have had in years, a fitting way to celebrate my
(exactly to the day) 60 years of birding. Linda Friedland, Lydia Schindler,
Pat Scheid and I had 17 warbler species and more.

Veery 2
Gray-cheeked Thrush 1
Swainson's Thrush 1
Wood Thrush 6
Nashville Warbler 2
Northern Parula 4
Yellow Warbler 1
Chestnut-sided Warbler 5
Magnolia Warbler 2
Cape May Warbler 1
Black-throated Blue Warbler 4
Yellow-rumped Warbler 15
Black-throated Green Warbler 5
Blackburnian Warbler 2
Blackpoll Warbler 1
Black-and-White Warbler 3
American Redstart 4
Ovenbird 7
Northern Waterthrush 1
Common Yellowthroat 3
Hooded Warbler 3
Scarlet Tanager 5
Rose-breasted Grosbeak 4
Indigo Bunting 3
Orchard Oriole 1
Baltimore Oriole 8

Linda also saw Blue-headed and Warbling Vireos and a possible Tennessee
Warbler, if I remember correctly (not a given). There was no sign of
yesterday's Cerulean Warbler. Also, my numbers tend to be way conservative.
