Some rain and tricky lighting, but a good day nevertheless. Ran into Jean Wheeler who gave me a granola bar as well as some birding company for awhile. Wood Thrush in numbers, singing. A few Acadians. Numbers of Sc. Tanager. Several G-C flys. Lots of warblers. Besides the ones below, there were certainly at least 3-4 other species there that I couldn't find or quite pin down for sure. What with the BT Greens, Ceruleans, and Parula, it was a buzzy day (wish there'd been BT Blue to add to the buzzing).
Warblers:
Blue-Winged (2)
Parula (many)
Yellow (1)
Yellow-Rumped (lots)
Black-Throated Green (5)
Palm (8)
Cerulean (5--some interesting song varieties)
Black-and-White (3)
Prothonotary (1)
Ovenbird (half dozen)
N. Waterthrush (1)
L. Waterthrush (3)
